Article 63. Aggravating circumstances
1) Aggravating circumstances are recognized as:

e) committing an offense motivated by political, ideological, racial, ethnic or religious hatred or enmity or hatred or hostility toward a social group;

2. If an aggravating circumstance is provided by a corresponding article of this Code as an element of a crime it can not be re-considered in the sentencing.
Article 105. Murder
1. Murder is an intentional infliction of death to another person, -
shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of six to fifteen years, with the restraint of liberty for up to two years, or without it.
2. Murder:

l) on the grounds of political, ideological, racial, ethnic or religious hatred or enmity or hatred or hostility toward a social group;
...
shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of eight to twenty years from the restraint of liberty for a term of one to two years, or life imprisonment, or death penalty.
Article 111. Intentional infliction of grievous bodily injury
1. Intentional infliction of grievous bodily injury, dangerous to human life, or resulted in loss of sight, speech, hearing, or loss of an organ or authority of its functions, abortion, mental illness, drug addiction or substance abuse, or in terms of its indelible disfigurement of face, or cause permanent loss of a significant total disability for at least one third or one known to be a complete loss of employability -
shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of up to eight years.
2. The same acts committed:

e) on the grounds of political, ideological, racial, ethnic or religious hatred or enmity or hatred or hostility toward a social group;

shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years from the restriction of freedom for up to two years, or without it.
Article 112. Intentional infliction of medium bodily injury
1. Intentional infliction of medium bodily injury that is not dangerous to human life and does not result in the consequences set out in Article 111 of this Code, but which has caused long-term health problem or a significant permanent loss of general capacity to work of less than one-third -
shall be punished by restriction of freedom for up to three years, or arrest for up to six months, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.

Article 115. Intentional infliction of minor bodily injury
1. Intentional infliction of minor bodily harm resulted in short-term health disorder or insignificant persistent loss of capacity to work -
shall be punished by a fine of up to forty thousand rubles or of the amount of a salary or other income for a period of up to three months, or by compulsory works for a period of one hundred eighty to two hundred forty hours, or by corrective works for up to one year, or arrest for up to four months.
2. The same act committed:

b) on the grounds of political, ideological, racial, ethnic or religious hatred or enmity or hatred or enmity towards any social group –
shall be punished by compulsory works for a term of twenty to one hundred eighty hours, or by corrective works for up to one year, or by restriction of freedom for up to two years, or arrest for up to six months, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.
Article 116. Beating
1. Beating or other violent acts which caused physical pain, but did not cause the consequences referred to in Article 115 of this Code, -
shall be punished by a fine of up to forty thousand rubles or of the amount of a salary or other income for a period of up to three months, or by compulsory works for a period of twenty to one hundred eighty hours, or by corrective works for up to six months, or arrest for up to three months.

shall be punished by compulsory works for a term of twenty to one hundred eighty hours, or by corrective works for up to one year, or by restriction of freedom for up to two years, or arrest for up to six months, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.
Article 117. Torture
1. Infliction of physical or mental suffering by systematic beatings or other violent acts, if it did not entail the consequences referred to in Articles 111 and 112 of this Code, -
shall be punished by restriction of freedom for up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.

shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of three to seven years.
Article 119. The threat of murder or serious physical harm
1. The threat of murder or serious physical harm, if there are reasons to fear the realization of this threat -
shall be punished by compulsory works for a period of one hundred eighty to two hundred forty hours, or by restriction of freedom for up to two years, or arrest for up to six months, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.
2. The same act committed on the grounds of political, ideological, racial, ethnic or religious hatred or enmity or hatred or enmity towards any social group -
shall be punished by imprisonment for a term up to five years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years or without it.
Article 213. Hooliganism
1. Hooliganism that is a gross violation of public order that expresses a clear disrespect for society and that is committed:
a) with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons;
b) on the grounds of political, ideological, racial, ethnic or religious hatred or enmity or hatred or enmity towards any social group –
shall be punished by compulsory works for a period of one hundred eighty to two hundred forty hours, or by corrective works for a term of one to two years, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.
2. The same act committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy or by an organized group or associated with resistance to authorities or to any other person acting for the protection of public order or suppressing violations of public order –
shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years.
Article 214. Vandalism
1. Vandalism, that is desecration of buildings or other structures, damage to property in public transport or in other public places -
shall be punished by a fine of up to forty thousand rubles or of the amount of a salary or other income for a period of up to three months, or by compulsory works for a term of twenty to one hundred hours, or by corrective works for a term of six months to one year, or by arrest for up to three months.
2. The same acts committed by a group of persons, as well as motivated by political, ideological, racial, ethnic or religious hatred or enmity or hatred or enmity towards any social group –
shall be punished by restraint of liberty for a term up to three years or imprisonment for up to three years.
Article 244. Desecration of corpses and burial places
1. Desecration of corpses, or destruction, damage or desecration of graves, gravestones and cemetery buildings that are used for ceremonies of either burial or commemoration -
shall be punished by a fine of up to forty thousand rubles or of the amount of a salary or other income for a period of up to three months, or by compulsory works for a term of twenty to one hundred eighty hours, or by corrective works for up to one year, or arrest for up to three months.
2. The same acts committed:

b) on the grounds of political, ideological, racial, ethnic or religious hatred or enmity or hatred or hostility toward a social group, as well as toward a sculptural, architectural construction that is devoted to commemorate the victims of fascism or the fight against fascism, or burial places of participants in the struggle against fascism;

shall be punished by restraint of liberty for a term of up to three years, or arrest for a term of three to six months, or deprivation of liberty for a term of up to five years.

Article 282. Incitement to hatred or enmity, and humiliation of human dignity [with use of violence or threat to violence]

2. Actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of dignity of a person or group of persons on the grounds of sex, race, nationality, language, origin, religion, or membership in a social group, committed publicly, including through the media or information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, committed: - with the use of violence or threat of violence;
- by a person using his official position;
- by an organized group,
- shall be punished by a fine of three hundred thousand to six hundred thousand rubles or of the amount of a salary or other income for a period of two to three years, or by corrective works for two to five years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years, or by imprisonment for a term of three to six years.
