Article 283 Incitement
(1) Anyone who, in a way that is suitable to threaten public order, requests or goads hostile action against a church or religious community existing in Austria or against a group defined by its affiliation with such a church or religious community, to a racial group, a people, an ethnic group or a state, is punishable by up to two years imprisonment.
(2) Anyone who publicly agitates against one of the groups defined in para. 1 or who insults or aims at disdaining them in a way that presents harm to their human dignity, is punishable by the same penalty.
