Criminal Code of Andorra (as amended 2014) (excerpts)
HATE CRIME LAWS:
Article 30 - Aggravating circumstances
The following circumstances aggravate the criminal responsibility:

6. Committing the act upon a discriminatory motivation. A discriminatory motivation towards a person means taking into consideration her birth, origin, nationality or ethnic group, colour, sex, religion, political, philosophical or union opinion, or any other personal or social condition, like her physical or mental disability, her lifestyle, habits, language, age or her sexual orientation or identity.
GRAVE DESECRATION:
Article 340 – Crime against the feelings towards the deceased
Everyone who desecrates a grave, a corpse, or its ashes, or a funeral vase or space that is used for the same finalities, shall be punished with a detention penalty up to one year.
INCITEMENT TO VIOLENCE:
Article 338 - Discrimination
1. Shall be condemned to a prison sentence of three months up to three years anyone who, for a discriminatory motivation:
a) Publicly instigates violence, hate or discrimination against a person or a group of persons.
