Article 184. Production or storage, for the purpose of distribution, of materials, which represent a threat to public safety and to social order
Production or storage, for the purpose of distribution, of materials, which contain ideas of religious extremism, separatism and fundamentalism, calls towards the pogroms, or the forced displacement of citizens, or directed towards the creation of panic among the population,-
draws the imposition of a fine on the citizens from fifty to one-hundred, and on officials from hundred to one- hundred-and-fifty minimum salaries or administrative arrest of fifteen days with the confiscation of materials and corresponding means of their production and propagation. Production, storage for the purpose of distribution, or distribution of the materials, which propagandize national, racial, ethnic or religious hostility, draws the imposition of a penalty on citizens from fifty to one-hundred, and on officials from one- hundred to one-hundred-fifty minimum salaries, or administrative arrest of fifteen days with the confiscation of materials and corresponding means for their production and propagation.
